We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Subscription fees: Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Setup fees: A one-time setup fee may apply to certain plans and is charged at the time of sign-up. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to recharge within 3 business days. Accounts with outstanding balances beyond 14 days may be suspended.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We will provide 30 days' written notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
You agree to use FrontDesk AI only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
For healthcare clients: You are responsible for ensuring your use of FrontDesk AI complies with applicable healthcare privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA in the US). Our standard service does not constitute a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Contact us separately if you require a BAA.
Our IP: FrontDesk AI owns all rights to our platform, software, AI models, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services during your subscription.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us, including your business information, FAQs, branding, and knowledge base data. By providing this content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to deliver our services to you.
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about our services, we may use this without restriction or compensation to you.
You are responsible for the personal data of your website visitors and leads that passes through our platform. In this context:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontDesk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to FrontDesk AI in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
By you: You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at support@frontdeskai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your AI widget will be deactivated. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination during which you may request an export, after which it will be deleted.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
